Pauly Shore made the statement that he would be doing a biopic on Richard Simmons “whether he likes it or not.”

During his comedy act titled “Netflix Is a Joke,” which took place on Friday in Los Angeles, the comic disclosed his many ambitions.

Pauly Shore has made it very apparent that he intends to feature in the Richard Simmons biography since he has said that he would be doing it “whether [Simmons] likes it or not.”

During his Netflix Is a Joke comedy concert, which took place Saturday night in Los Angeles, the comic, who is 56 years old, revealed his intentions on Friday. Variety was the first publication to report that Shore disclosed his intentions to the crowd when he was in the midst of his act with the audience.

It was reported by the publication that Shore said, “I’m also going to be starring in the Richard Simmons biopic… regardless of whether he likes it or not.” “Just another f***ing bump in my f***ing road.”

Variety stated that Shore’s set lasted almost an hour and a half, but it was his ambitions for the biopic on the fitness instructor that caught the attention of the media almost immediately. After reaching out to Simmons’ representative, ET received no response.

It has been claimed by ET in the past that Simmons himself did not have any support for the initiative. However, this did not prevent Shore from releasing photographs and a teaser video for The Court Jester, both of which depicts him in the role of Simmons.

Shore has earlier issued a statement on his role as Simmons, in which he said. I couldn’t be more thrilled about the opportunity to tell the world about Richard Simmons’ life. This biopic is more important than ever before for all of us.

“Simmons represented mental health, getting people in shape and being his authentic silly self!” he said to reporters. “Whenever he was on TV you could never take your eyes off of him and he brought such a joy to his appearances that represented nothing but a good time.”

However, not long after that, Simmons’ representative said to ET, “Richard and I are not interested in supporting this project.” It has not been approved. A year ago, I had a conversation with Pauly, and I informed him that Richard is not yet prepared to share his tale.

After that, Simmons, who has been fairly active on social media as of late, sent a message on his verified Facebook account, which said, “Hi Everyone! It’s possible that you’ve heard that they are considering making a movie about me with Pauly Shore. My consent has never been granted for the production of this film. So, don’t put all of your faith in what you read. There is no longer a management for me, and there is also no longer a PR for me. To put it simply, I make an effort to have a serene and quiet life. I am grateful to you for everyone’s love and support. I am Richard.
